The Rimpfischhorn is very remote and cannot be easily reached from any side. The rocky exposed summit section is particularly interesting.
From the Britanniahütte you climb over the Allalin glacier to the Allalin pass, then on the Mellich glacier up to the Rimpfischsattel. This is where the rock climb of approx. 1 hour begins with a level of difficulty 2-3 up to the summit at 4199m.
Best time: June 22th - mid-September 2024
