Learn the basic rock climbing techniques and how to properly use your glacier equipment in this diverse day course.
During a short but intense training, you will learn various knots, climbing techniques, rappelling methods, safety techniques, walking with crampons, proper use of ice axe and ice screws, as well as crevasse rescue. The course is aimed at those who have little or no experience in rock climbing and wish to learn how to move safely on the glacier. This course is the perfect introduction to further high alpine experiences.
