| Circumnavigate the “Hinter Allalin” in snowshoes in
sunny, high Alpine terrain away from the crowds on
the slopes. Take the Metro Alpin right up to the “Tunnel
Window” (Stollenfenster). Then hike down over
the glacier landscape covered in snow before a short
climb up to the Brittania hut. Here you can enjoy a
midday rest and a view over the isolated mountain
world. If you like you can take a short detour to the
“Kleine Allalin” and view Mattamark Lake and the
imposing glacier ice avalanches. The return path to
the Felskinn mountain station is easy to manage. |

are closed, then a snowshoe hike in the valley with a
