of abseiling and securing methods. Ideal for all those
who are looking to begin rock climbing. |

| Have you ever had the urge to climb to a summit under
your own steam in full view of the mountains?
Then start small. Come to our climbing park and receive
a professional introduction to rock climbing. We
will provide everything you need. Families and small
groups are also welcome. |

Equipment: climbing harness, crampons with antibott, ice-axe, a skiing or hiking pole as well as hiking boots, wind proofed and warm clothing, possibly gaiters, gloves, beanie/hat and sunglasses |
| When ice is involved there are many dangers that you
must know about. We will show you how to climb with
climbing irons as well as steep ice climbing, show
you proven securing methods, practice crevasse rescues
with you and introduce you to various rope techniques. |
